This Screen Cutter was built for a company that makes Vent Blocks. They are used between trusses on residential construction. This machine cuts the screen that is used to cover the holes or slots in the vent blocks.

It uses only compressed air for power and runs in two modes. The first mode continuously cuts one piece after another until it runs out of screen. In the second mode a new screen is cut as soon as the last one is removed from the machine.
